TryaTaste – Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our tasting boxes at tryataste.com.

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you must return the tasting box you have purchased to us within 10 calendar days of the purchase. The tasting box must be unopened and in its original condition. 

Contact our customer service department at support@tryataste.com to get a free shipping label. Please make sure to provide your name, address and order number.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement tasting box regardless of the expiration date(s) of its contents.
