Playlist

How can you have a party without a playlist?

We shouldn't be giving music commentary, but we'll do it anyways.

Some of you might be offended by starting off this cheese tasting with Funky Cold Medina. But once we see the word “Funky” in the title, what other song could we play?
For a blue cheese like Stella Gorgonzola, we wanted to give you one of the best blues song of all time. It just makes us want to eat creamy blue cheese all day.
Here, we decided to go with this dark sweet tune that will make you want to rave in the closet. No one has ever heard of it before. Feel free to skip it, but you will miss being taken to a new level of sweetness.
Just a name like "Great Midwest Horseradish" makes our taste buds super curious. For this creamy cheddar, we wanted to throw in some smooth "I want to live in the '80s" pop music, because it just feels right.
I bet you've never heard this song before … j/k. When we saw the description of El Cortijo Manchego as crumbly, how could we not pair it with “Landslide?” Life sometimes crumbles around you and feels like you're in a landslide, but right now hopefully you’re with friends tasting some good food, crumbles and all.
This song is well rounded, complex and interesting, just like Smokehaus Blue. Hope you enjoy.
There is a lot of pressure to end with a song that everyone loves and concludes our tasting in a magical way. No pressure here. That definitely means we’re going with '90s dance song. "Right Here" isn't an obvious selection, but it's a song that just doesn't get enough love from that decade.
Holly Humberstone's songs fit so many different feels and places. Want to hide in your room and cry? Turn on Holly. Want to dance? Turn on Holly. Want to eat an amazing piece of cheese while bobbing your head? Turn on Holly.
